WHAT'S INCLUDED: Custom design/setup for one coordinated Freshie Charm theme and one handmade silicone mold. Finished freshies, beads, fragrance oil, hardware, hanger, and decorating supplies are not included.
DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Please provide clear reference material and exact wording. Designs may be simplified as needed so the small freshie pieces remain practical to make, paint, and decorate. Complex artwork, extensive revisions, or unusually detailed requests may require an additional fee.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY: Because this mold is designed specifically for your request, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once design work has begun unless there is an error by Ruffled Feather Crafts.
