DESIGN REQUIREMENTS: Please provide clear reference material and exact wording. Artwork may be simplified or adjusted so the finished mold works properly with aroma beads. Complex artwork, extensive revisions, or unusually detailed requests may require an additional fee.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY: Because the mold is designed specifically for your request, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once design work has begun unless there is an error by Ruffled Feather Crafts.
